Job Summary:
OneSource EHS is currently seeking a Document Control Administrator to join our team in Krotz Springs, La.  The Document Control Administrator will assist in maintaining documentation files consisting of technical data, engineering and supplier drawings, technical specifications and other required documentation.
Duties & Essential Job Functions:
  1. Maintain documentation files consisting of technical data, engineering and supplier drawings, technical specifications, and other required documentation.
  2. Maintain efficient paper and electronic filing systems and ensure quick retrieval of requested documents.
  3. Enter data from various sources into the data management system and ensure data integrity by verifying input.
  4. Create and distribute standard periodic reports to communicate follow-up requirements and to summarize reports.
  5. Prepare forms and transmittals and distribute data as directed.
  6. Verify information as requested.
  7. Provide administrative assistance by copying documents, retrieving office supplies, filing, etc.
  8. Interface with other departments for required reproduction associated with copying and distribution requirements following proper procedures.
  9. Process and maintain revision history of owner, supplier, vendor, and contractor drawings, documents and data both hard copy and electronically. 
Other Functions and Responsibilities:
  1. Must have good written, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
  2. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure prompt completion of tasks and assignments.
  3. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently. Relies on minimal instructions and pre-established guidelines and timetables to perform the functions of the job.
  4. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office products, Internet, and other database programs.
  1. High School Diploma.
  2. Legal Authorization to work in the United States.
  3. 3+ Years Document Control experience in a chemical or refinery environment.
  1. Associates Degree in Business or related field.
  2. Prior experience using OnBase content and process management software.
