Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Safety Management (PSM) Compliance Coordinator with at least 5 years’ experience in a chemical manufacturing, refinery, or related industrial environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring full compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations related to Process Safety Management. Major Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure departmental compliance with Process Safety Management regulations and internal PSM/Safety standards.
Incident Management: Conduct incident investigations, lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive action items to closure.
Management of Change (MOC): Implement and oversee the MOC process for the assigned unit or department.
Process Hazard Analysis (PHA): Prepare for and lead Process Hazard Analyses, including five-year revalidations and MOC-related PHAs.
Best Practices Promotion: Advise engineers, process supervisors, operators, and craftsmen on best practices for maintaining compliance with process safety regulations.
Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis and develop action plans to elevate Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) performance to world-class levels.
Training and Procedures: Ensure that departmental operating procedures and employee training programs comply with OSHA 1910.119.
Process Safety Information: Verify that the department’s Process Safety Information (PSI) is up to date and accurate.
Compliance Audits: Participate in department and site-wide compliance audits.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing, refinery, or other related industrial environment (bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering preferred).
Strong knowledge and practical experience with OSHA 1910.119 and EPA RMP 40 CFR 68.
