As the HSE Director you will lead strategic development, execution, and continuous improvement of our health, safety, and environmental programs. 1. Strategic Integration and Alignment: Ensure that HSE strategies are fully integrated with corporate strategies, aligning HSE objectives with broader business goals to foster a unified approach to risk and safety management.

6. Safety Culture and Training: Design and deliver comprehensive HSE training programs, fostering a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
7. Policy Development and Compliance: o Oversee the development and execution of HSE plans, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
8. Performance Management and Continuous Improvement: Utilize KPIs and metrics to monitor and enhance HSE performance, conducting safety audits and inspections.
9. Incident and Emergency Management: Lead investigations into incidents and accidents, designing and implementing emergency response strategies.
10. Regulatory Engagement and Reporting: Maintain involvement in industry networks and ensure compliance updates are communicated effectively across all levels of the organization. Position Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HSE or a related field with over 15 years of relevant experience in an industrial services or construction environment, including proven success in developing safety programs and HSE leadership.
Frequent travel, approximately 50%, across operational locations within the region is required.
